Cooking Alfresco with ALFA: Steak & Potatoes
Join us on Thursday August 15 for an evening demonstration featuring steak and potatoes cooked to perfection in our ALFA wood-fired oven, paired with assorted local craft beers. Our partners for the evening will be Cabalar Meat Company and Voodoo Brewery, and Michael Stone from ALFA will be on hand to share recipes, techniques and fun facts about cooking with your own backyard oven.
