Cooking Alfresco with ALFA: Pizza (& Beer)
Do you have an ALFA pizza oven, or maybe you’re an aspiring ALFA owner? Join us on July 25 for an evening demonstration featuring pizza baked in our wood-fired oven paired with assorted local craft beers from Columbia Kettle Works. Michael Stone and Frank Melvin from ALFA will be on hand to share recipes, techniques and fun facts about cooking with your own backyard oven.
