Over the past several weeks, we have continued to expand our customer service for both contractor and homeowner customers. Many of the policies below are focused first on the health and safety of our employees and customers, and are based primarily on ongoing staff discussions. Other policies are meant to provide the best possible visitor experience and service to our customers as we strive to balance customer activity and staff capacity.

For customers who need our undivided attention, we encourage you to schedule an appointment. This includes:
If you arrive without an appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you. Sometimes this will mean a short wait, but at other times we may not have a staff member available and will ask you to schedule an appointment to return another time.

Customers picking up masonry & hardscaping material will be greeted at our gate entrance where we will guide you through the process of placing your order and loading materials.
Customers arriving for an appointment Monday through Friday should call 717.397.5264 upon arrival. We will greet you at the front door and provide further direction. On Saturdays, we will have a greeter stationed at the front door to welcome you and provide instructions on where you will be starting your appointment.
In most instances, your appointment will start in our outdoor showroom, and we will move to our indoor showroom as necessary.
When visitors do enter our building, we will limit the number of people at one time as follows:
If we are at capacity, we will ask you to wait for a few minutes until enough people exit the building to allow you to enter.
We continue to ask all visitors to wear a mask or other face covering in both our indoor and outdoor showroom. If you arrive without a mask, we will be happy to provide you with a complimentary single-use disposable mask.
Our employees are wearing masks at all times in public areas.
We are performing cleaning and sanitization throughout the day on all customer-contact surfaces, especially countertops and door handles.
