It Feels Like Spring At Penn Stone

It’s almost summer, but at Penn Stone it feels like spring has just arrived – we’re so excited for more customers to visit us in the coming weeks!
Starting today, we continue to expand our customer service for homeowners and others planning projects to create or improve their outdoor spaces. We’re not quite operating at full capacity, though – please read below for important information about our current procedures and policies.
Hours
Our current hours are Monday through Friday, 6:30am to 4:30pm. We will resume limited Saturday hours on June 13.
Material pickup
Customers for masonry & hardscaping material pickup will be greeted at our gate entrance where we will guide you through the process of placing your order and loading materials. For faster customer service, consider placing your order in advance by phone or email.
Appointments for showroom visits and project planning
For customers who need our undivided attention, we encourage you to schedule an appointment. This includes:
- customers selecting patio pavers, flagstone, brick and stone veneer
- customers shopping for outdoor furniture
- customers planning an outdoor kitchen or fire feature
- customers seeking advice for a do-it-yourself project
If you arrive without an appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you. Sometimes this will mean a short wait, but at other times we may not have a staff member available and will ask you to schedule an appointment to return another time.

Whenever possible, your appointment will take place in our outdoor showroom.
Visitor policies
For all customers, especially customers entering our indoor showroom:
- we will limit the number of visitors
- visitors must sanitize their hands upon arrival
- we ask all customers to practice social distancing
- visitors will be expected to wear a mask
