This panel will begin with a presentation by Andy Mahon from Barley Snyder, who will discuss:

• Introduction to permanent and temporary immigration sponsorship
• When to consider immigration sponsorship

Following Andy’s presentation, Siobhan Leonard and Rachel Waddell will provide an overview of Church World Service and their clients, and will describe:

• common barriers to expanding your workforce with refugees
• strategies to support employers with challenges such as language, transportation and child care
• insights into cultural aspects of hiring refugees and immigrants
