Join us on Tuesday, January 21 when we welcome Nathan Bish from EP Henry for a seminar on Hardscaping Project Management. Nate has a degree in Landscape Contracting from Penn State and has 23 years of experience in hardscaping, including working as a project foreman and as general manager of a landscape design-build company.

Nate’s presentation draws on well-researched ICPI training, and will discuss various aspects of project management, from a preliminary site visit through project completion, with a focus on:

• Organizational skills
• Material takeoff and ordering
• Project flow
• Efficient jobsite management
